At NUA, we're committed to creating a welcoming experience for every guest while respecting the time of both our clients and our stylists. We kindly ask that you review the following policies before your appointment.

Appointment Bookings

All appointments can be booked online through our Book Now page. If you're unsure which service to choose or have any questions before booking, we're always happy to help.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

We kindly require 48 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. We understand that unexpected situations can arise, however, providing advance notice allows us the opportunity to accommodate other clients and protects our stylists' time.

Appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours' notice will incur a 50% charge of the scheduled service.

No-Shows

Clients who do not attend their scheduled appointment without notice will be charged 100% of the scheduled service.

Late Arrivals

If you're running late, please let us know as soon as possible. We'll always do our best to accommodate you, but depending on the time available, your service may need to be adjusted or rescheduled to ensure we stay on schedule for all guests.

Pricing & Estimates

How does pricing work?

All of our service pricing can be found on our online booking page. Prices listed are starting prices and may vary depending on your hair's length, density, current condition, and the time and technique needed to achieve your desired result.

We're always happy to discuss your service and provide a personalized estimate during your consultation. Because every head of hair is unique, we're unable to provide exact pricing over the phone, by email, or through social media before seeing your hair in person.

We believe in being open and transparent about pricing. After your consultation, your stylist will be happy to provide a more accurate quote before your service begins. If you ever have questions, just ask we're always happy to walk you through your options.
